SabKuchMart Shipping Policy

    • Currently, Sabkuchmart ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to bring the modern Indian lifestyle to the world in the near future!

      We are committed to delivering your modern lifestyle essentials safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

      1. Shipment Processing Time

      • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

      • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

      • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.

      2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer reliable pan-India shipping:

      • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 4–7 business days.

      • Express Shipping (where available): Delivered within 2–4 business days.

      > Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Sabkuchmart is not responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by weather, festive backlogs, or regional restrictions.

      3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

      • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

      • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our courier partner's portal using the link provided.

      4. Damages & Incorrect Items

      • Sabkuchmart takes utmost care in packaging your items (from our kitchen and baby mats to our upcoming delicate collections). However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

      • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and share a clear photo/video of the damage at care@sabkuchmart.in so we can process a replacement or refund immediately.

      5. Incorrect Shipping Address & Delivery Failures

      • Please double-check your shipping address and phone number during checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

      • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the parcel to our warehouse. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out again.
